పాఠశాల

పాఠశాల (ఆంగ్లం : School) అనగా విద్యార్ధులు ఉపాధ్యాయుల శిక్షణలో చదువుకునే పవిత్రమైన ప్రదేశము. దీనిని తెలుగు భాషలో బడి అని అంటారు. కొన్ని పాఠశాలలు ప్రత్యేకమైనవిగా ఉంటాయి.

పాఠశాల విభాగాలు

A typical school building consists of many rooms each with a different purpose.

• తరగతులు, place where teachers teach and students learn
• భోజనశాల (Commons), dining hall or canteen where students eat lunch.
• క్రీడాస్థలం athletic field, playground, gym, and/or track place where students participating in sports or physical education practice
• auditorium or hall where student theatrical or musical productions can be staged and where all-school events such as assemblies are held.
• కార్యాలయము where the administrative work of the school is done.
• గ్రంధాలయము where students consult and check out books.
• Other specialist classrooms including ప్రయోగశాలలు for science education.
