మియాంవాలీలో జన్మించిన అమీర్ జమాల్ తన క్రికెట్ లో ఎక్కువ భాగం రావల్పిండి, దాని చుట్టుపక్కల ఆడాడు, 2013లో అంతర్-ప్రాంత అండర్-19, డిపార్ట్మెంటల్ అండర్-9 టోర్నమెంట్లతో తన దేశీయ కెరీర్ ని ప్రారంభించాడు.[2]
