కింగ్డమ్ టవర్ సౌదీ అరేబియా దేశంలో నిర్మాణంలో ఉన్న ప్రపంచపు అత్యంత ఎత్తైన మానవ నిర్మిత కట్టడము.ఇప్పటివరకు ప్రపంచంలో ఎత్త్తెన నగరంగా గిన్నిస్పుస్తకంలో చోటు సంపాదించుకున్న దుబాయిలోని బుర్జ్ ఖలీఫాకు పోటీగా దాని కంటే ఎత్తుగా కిలోమీటరు ఎత్తులో ఉండే విధంగా కింగ్డమ్ టవర్ను నిర్మించతలపెట్టారు. 2014 లో దీని నిర్మాణపనులు కూడా ప్రారంభమయ్యాయి. కింగ్డమ్ టవర్ పేరుతో ఈ కట్టడాన్ని నిర్మించనున్నారు. దీని ప్రతిపాదిత ఎత్తు 3,280 అడుగులు కాగా, బూర్జ్ ఖలీఫా ఎత్తు 2,716 అడుగులు. కింగ్డమ్ టవర్ నిర్మాణానికి 1.23 బిలియన్ డాలర్లు ఖర్చవుతుందని అంచనా.
కింగ్డమ్ టవర్ నిర్మాణంపై విశేషాలు

- 5.7 మిలియన్ అడుగుల స్థలంలో భవనం నిర్మితమవుతుంది.
- ఈ భవంతిలో 200 అంతస్తులుంటాయి.
- మొత్తం 80 వేల టన్నుల ఉక్కును వినియోగిస్తారు.
- ఈ భవనంనుంచి ఎర్రసముద్రాన్ని స్పష్టంగా వీక్షించవచ్చు.
