జ్యోతి దేశ్పాండే ఒక భారతీయ వ్యాపారవేత్త, చిత్ర నిర్మాత, వయాకామ్ 18 మాజీ సిఈఓ. ఆమె గతంలో ఎరోస్ ఇంటర్నేషనల్ కు గ్రూప్ సిఈఓ, మేనేజింగ్ డైరెక్టర్ గా పనిచేశారు.[1][2][3] జ్యోతి మీడియా & ఎంటర్టైన్మెంట్ కమిటీ, ఎఫ్ఐసిసిఐ కి మాజీ సహ-ఛైర్పర్సన్ కూడా.[4][5]

ప్రారంభ జీవితం, విద్య

ఆమె నర్సీ మోంజీ కాలేజ్ ఆఫ్ కామర్స్ అండ్ ఎకనామిక్స్ నుండి బ్యాచిలర్ ఆఫ్ కామర్స్, ఎకనామిక్స్లో పట్టభద్రురాలైంది. ఆమె తన విద్యకు ఆర్థిక సహాయం కోసం కళాశాలలో ట్యూషన్లు ఇచ్చింది, 1993 లో ముంబై విశ్వవిద్యాలయం యొక్క SP జైన్ ఇన్స్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ మేనేజ్మెంట్ అండ్ రీసెర్చ్ నుండి ఎంబిఎ చేసింది.[2][7][8][9][10]
కెరీర్
[మార్చు]ఎంబిఎ పూర్తి చేసిన తర్వాత, జ్యోతి దేశ్పాండే యుకెకి చెందిన మైండ్షేర్ మీడియా సంస్థలో ఉద్యోగం సంపాదించారు. ఆ సమయంలో ఆమె సీనియర్ కన్సల్టెంట్. అప్పుడు ఆమె జీ నెట్వర్క్కు సేల్స్ & మార్కెటింగ్ హెడ్గా పనిచేశారు. ఆమె జీలో పనిచేసిన తర్వాత జేమ్స్ వాల్టర్ థాంప్సన్ అనే ప్రకటనల సంస్థలో పనికి వెళ్ళింది. ఆమె 1999, 2001 మధ్య B4U టెలివిజన్ నెట్వర్క్ను ఏర్పాటు చేసిన సీనియర్ మేనేజ్మెంట్ బృందం సభ్యురాలు.[8] 2018 లో, ఆమె రిలయన్స్ ఇండస్ట్రీస్లో మీడియా ప్లాట్ఫామ్ & కంటెంట్ అధ్యక్షురాలిగా చేరి ముఖేష్ అంబానీకి నేరుగా నివేదించింది.[11][12]
