నందిని సాహు (జననం 23 జూలై 1973) భారతీయ కవి, సృజనాత్మక రచయిత్రి. పశ్చిమ బెంగాల్ హిందీ విశ్వవిద్యాలయం వైస్ ఛాన్సలర్ గా, స్కూల్ ఆఫ్ ఫారిన్ లాంగ్వేజెస్ మాజీ డైరెక్టర్ గా, న్యూఢిల్లీలోని ఇందిరాగాంధీ నేషనల్ ఓపెన్ యూనివర్సిటీ (ఇగ్నో)లో ఇంగ్లిష్ ప్రొఫెసర్ గా పనిచేస్తున్నారు. భారతీయ సాహిత్యం, నూతన సాహిత్యం, జానపద, సాంస్కృతిక అధ్యయనాలు, అమెరికన్ సాహిత్యం, బాల సాహిత్యం, విమర్శనాత్మక సిద్ధాంతం వంటి విభాగాల్లో పరిశోధనలు చేశారు. ఆమె ఇంటర్ డిసిప్లినరీ జర్నల్ ఆఫ్ లిటరేచర్ అండ్ లాంగ్వేజ్ (ఐజెఎల్ఎల్), పనోరమా లిటరేరియాలకు చీఫ్ ఎడిటర్ / ఫౌండర్ ఎడిటర్, ఇవి ఆంగ్లంలో ద్వైవార్షిక పీర్-రివ్యూడ్ జర్నల్స్. .[1][2][3][4] ఆమె భారతదేశంలోని న్యూఢిల్లీలోని ఇందిరాగాంధీ నేషనల్ ఓపెన్ యూనివర్శిటీలో ఇంగ్లీష్ ప్రొఫెసర్. ఆమె ఆంగ్లంలో కవిత్వంతో సహా అనేక పుస్తకాలు రాశారు.[5] ఆమె కవిత్వం భారతదేశం, యుఎస్, యుకె, ఆఫ్రికా, పాకిస్తాన్ లలో ప్రచురితమైంది.[6][7] ఆమె ఆంగ్ల సాహిత్యంలో మూడు బంగారు పతకాలు గెలుచుకుంది, 1993 లో రాంచీలోని సెయింట్ జేవియర్ కళాశాలలో జరిగిన అఖిల భారత కవితా పోటీలో అవార్డును కూడా గెలుచుకుంది.
ప్రారంభ జీవితం
[మార్చు]సాహు 1973 జూలై 23న ఒరిస్సాలోని జి.ఉదయగిరిలో జన్మించారు. ఆమె తల్లిదండ్రులు భారతీయ స్థానిక పాఠశాలల్లో ఉపాధ్యాయులు. ఆమె, ఆమె ఐదుగురు సోదరీమణులు విధేయతతో కూడిన జీవితంలో పెరిగారు.[6] శాంతినికేతన్ విశ్వభారతి ఆంగ్ల ఆచార్యులు నిరంజన్ మొహంతి మార్గదర్శకత్వంలో ఆంగ్ల సాహిత్యంలో డాక్టరేట్ సాధించారు. ఆమె స్థానిక అమెరికన్ సాహిత్యంపై డి.లిట్ ను కూడా పొందింది. ఆమె న్యూఢిల్లీలోని ఇందిరాగాంధీ నేషనల్ ఓపెన్ యూనివర్శిటీలో ఇంగ్లీష్ లాంగ్వేజ్ ప్రొఫెసర్ గా పనిచేస్తున్నారు.[8] ఆమె జాతీయ సెమినార్లలో కూడా పాల్గొన్నారు.[9]
