బుల్గుర్

బల్గుర్ లేదా బోర్ఘోల్ అనేది మధ్య ప్రాచ్యం, దక్షిణాసియా వంటకాలలో కనిపించే ఒక పగులగొట్టిన గోధుమ ఆహార పదార్థం.[1][2][3] ఇది అనేక గోధుమ జాతుల గొట్టాల నుండి తయారయ్యే తృణధాన్య ఆహారం.
లక్షణాలు
