భుబన్ గామ్ అస్సాం రాష్ట్రానికి చెందిన భారతీయ రాజకీయ నాయకుడు. ఆయన 2022లో మజులి శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గానికి జరిగిన ఉప ఎన్నికలో ఎమ్మెల్యేగా ఎన్నికయ్యాడు.[1]
రాజకీయ జీవితం
[మార్చు]భుబన్ గామ్ భారతీయ జనతా పార్టీ ద్వారా రాజకీయాల్లోకి వచ్చి పార్టీలో వివిధ హోదాల్లో పని చేసి 2024లో మజులి శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గానికి జరిగిన ఉప ఎన్నికలో బీజేపీ అభ్యర్థిగా పోటీ చేసి తన సమీప ప్రత్యర్థి ఎజెపి అభ్యర్థి చిత్తరంజన్ బసుమత్రిపై 42,121 ఓట్ల మెజారిటీతో గెలిచి ఎమ్మెల్యేగా ఎన్నికయ్యాడు.[2][3][4] ఆయన 67,242 ఓట్లతో విజేతగా నిలవగా, ఐఎన్సీ అభ్యర్థి చిత్తరంజన్ బసుమత్రి 25,101 ఓట్లతో రెండవ స్థానంలో నిలిచాడు.[5]
