మార్క్ బెర్నేస్ రాండోల్ఫ్ (ఆంగ్లం: Marc Randolph; జననం 1958 ఏప్రిల్ 29) ఒక అమెరికన్ టెక్ వ్యవస్థాపకుడు, సలహాదారు, స్పీకర్.[1] ఆయన నెట్ఫ్లిక్స్ (Netflix) సహ వ్యవస్థాపకుడు, మొదటి కార్యనిర్శహణ అధికారి (సీఈఓ).[2]
మాక్వర్ల్డ్ (Macworld) పత్రిక అమెరికా సంచిక, కంప్యూటర్ మెయిల్-ఆర్డర్ వ్యాపారాలు మాక్వేర్హౌస్ (MacWarehouse) సీరియల్ వ్యవస్థాపకుడు. ఆయన లుకర్ డేటా సైన్సెస్, చబ్బీస్ షార్ట్స్ బోర్డులలో పనిచేస్తున్నాడు.[3] దీనికి ముందు, ఆయన గెటబల్, రాఫ్టర్, రెడీఫోర్స్ బోర్డులలో పనిచేసాడు.
