రాజ్ షమాని (జననం 29 జూలై 1997) ఒక భారతీయ వ్యాపారవేత్త, పాడ్కాస్టర్. ఆయన ప్రధానంగా ఫిగరింగ్ అవుట్ విత్ రాజ్ షమాని అనే వ్యాపార పాడ్కాస్ట్ను నిర్వహించడం ద్వారా ప్రసిద్ధి చెందారు.[2]
ప్రారంభ జీవితం, విద్య
[మార్చు]షమాని మధ్య ప్రదేశ్ లోని ఇండోర్ లో ఒక సింధీ కుటుంబంలో జన్మించారు. ఆయన తండ్రి సురేష్ షమాని టెక్స్టైల్, కెమికల్ ట్రేడింగ్ వ్యాపారంలో ఉండేవారు.[మూలాలు అవసరం] తండ్రి ఆరోగ్య సమస్యలు, ఆర్థిక ఇబ్బందుల కారణంగా, ఆయన 16 సంవత్సరాల వయస్సులోనే కుటుంబ వ్యాపారంలో సహాయం చేయడం ప్రారంభించారు.[3] ఆయన ఇండోర్ లోని ఎమరాల్డ్ హైట్స్ ఇంటర్నేషనల్ స్కూల్, ఆ తర్వాత ప్రెస్టీజ్ ఇన్స్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ మేనేజ్మెంట్ లో చదువుకున్నారు.[మూలాలు అవసరం]

[మార్చు]2013లో షమాని "జాదూగర్ డ్రాప్" పేరుతో ఒక డిష్వాషింగ్ లిక్విడ్ ఉత్పత్తిని ప్రారంభించారు.[3] 2015లో ఈ గృహ శుభ్రపరిచే ఉత్పత్తుల తయారీ, పంపిణీ వ్యాపారాన్ని కుటుంబ రసాయన వ్యాపారంతో విలీనం చేసి "షమాని ఇండస్ట్రీస్" గా మార్చారు.[4]
డిజిటల్ క్రియేటర్లు తమ స్వంత బ్రాండ్లను ప్రారంభించడంలో సహాయపడే "హౌస్ ఆఫ్ ఎక్స్" అనే ప్లాట్ఫారమ్ను కూడా షమాని సహ-స్థాపించారు, పలు భారతీయ స్టార్టప్లలో ఏంజెల్ ఇన్వెస్టర్గా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు.[5][4]

[మార్చు]2021లో ఆయన వ్యాపారవేత్తలు, వ్యక్తిత్వ వికాసంపై దృష్టి సారించే ఫిగరింగ్ అవుట్ విత్ రాజ్ షమాని అనే పాడ్కాస్ట్ను ప్రారంభించారు.[5]
2024లో నేషనల్ క్రియేటర్స్ అవార్డ్స్ సభలో ఆయన ప్రసంగిస్తూ ప్రధానమంత్రి నరేంద్ర మోదీ ను ఉద్దేశించి మాట్లాడారు.[5]
జూన్ 2025లో ప్రముఖ వ్యాపారవేత్త విజయ్ మాల్యా తొమ్మిదేళ్ల తర్వాత తన మొదటి బహిరంగ ఇంటర్వ్యూను ఈ పాడ్కాస్ట్లో ఇచ్చారు. నాలుగు గంటల పాటు సాగిన ఈ ఎపిసోడ్ నాలుగు రోజుల్లోనే 20 మిలియన్ల వీక్షణలను సొంతం చేసుకుంది.[6][7][8] ఈ పాడ్కాస్ట్లో పాల్గొన్న ఇతర ప్రముఖులలో ఇమ్మాన్యుయేల్ మాక్రాన్, బిల్ గేట్స్ ఉన్నారు.[3]

[మార్చు]నటుడు అనుపమ్ ఖేర్ 2025లో షమానిని బహిరంగంగా విమర్శించారు. తన ఇంటర్వ్యూలోని కొన్ని ముఖ్యమైన వ్యాఖ్యలను ఎడిటింగ్ ద్వారా తొలగించారని, ఇది ఎడిటోరియల్ పద్ధతుల విశ్వసనీయతపై ప్రశ్నలు లేవనెత్తుతుందని ఆరోపించారు.[9]
పాడ్కాస్ట్ అతిథుల ఎంపిక
[మార్చు]2025లో ఫారెక్స్ ట్రేడర్గా చెప్పుకునే ఉమర్ పంజాబీని తన పాడ్కాస్ట్కు ఆహ్వానించినందుకు షమాని విమర్శలను ఎదుర్కొన్నారు. ఆ అతిథి కొన్ని మోసాలకు పాల్పడ్డాడని ప్రేక్షకులు ఆరోపించడంతో, ఆయన ఆ పాడ్కాస్ట్ను తొలగించారు. వివాదాస్పద వ్యక్తులకు వేదిక కల్పించడంపై విమర్శకులు షమాని విశ్వసనీయతను ప్రశ్నించారు. అంతకుముందు విజయ్ మాల్యా ఇంటర్వ్యూ తర్వాత కూడా ఇటువంటి విమర్శలు వచ్చాయి, వివాదాస్పద వ్యక్తులు తగిన సవాళ్లు లేకుండా తమ కథనాలను వినిపించడానికి ఈ వేదిక ఉపయోగపడిందని విమర్శకులు వాదించారు.[10][11][12][13][14]
