Hello, I don't understand Telugu at all !!! However, I find it very beautiful.

I have received an e-mail in telugu (probably telling me I had a new wellcoming message), and now I see that I can login on this instance of Wikipedia. I have activated SUL login, meaning that an account is reserved for me on every Wikimedia project. If this poses a problem to somebody, please tell me, but in English or French, please ! Hi, this is me again. I don't understand why my account here has been created. Normally, with SUL, I should have an account reserved, but not activated until I start making contributions, no ? But I didn't contribute here. Maybe is there a bug in your bot, making it too much wellcoming :-). The new user creation log shows both normally created users and automatically created users (users created with SUL). I have fixed this by making my BOT to put English welcome messages for automatically created users. You are one of the many victims who received welcome messages in telugu :).
