స్త్రీ కండోమ్, అంతర్గత కండోమ్ అని కూడా పిలువబడుతుంది, ఇది గర్భధారణ, లైంగికంగా సంక్రమించే ఇన్ఫెక్షన్ (STI) ను నివారించడానికి సెక్స్ సమయంలో ఉపయోగించే ఒక అవరోధ పరికరం.[1] వాటిని 8 గంటల ముందు వరకు యోనిలో లేదా పాయువులో ఉంచవచ్చు.[4][5][1] సాధారణ వాడకంతో మొదటి సంవత్సరంలో 21% మంది గర్భం దాల్చుతారు, అయితే ఖచ్చితమైన వాడకంతో ఈ రేట్లు సుమారు 5% ఉంటాయి.[1]
