జరీన్ ఖాన్, మహారాష్ట్రకు చెందిన సినిమా నటి, మోడల్. హిందీ, తమిళం, తెలుగు, పంజాబీ సినిమాలలో నటించింది.[1][2] 2019లో తెలుగులో వచ్చిన చాణక్య సినిమాలో ఏజెంట్ జుబెదా పాత్రను పోషించింది.

జననం[మార్చు]

జరీన్ ఖాన్ 1987 మే 14న మహారాష్ట్ర, ముంబైలోని పఠాన్ కుటుంబంలో జన్మించింది.[3][4][5] హిందీ, ఉర్దూ, ఇంగ్లీష్, మరాఠీ భాషలను మాట్లాడుతుంది. ముంబైలోని రిజ్వీ కాలేజ్ ఆఫ్ సైన్స్‌లో ఇంటర్మీడియట్ పూర్తి చేసింది.[6][7]

సినిమారంగం[మార్చు]

సల్మాన్ ఖాన్ సహకారంతో,[8][9] జరీన్ ఖాన్ 2010లో వీర్‌ సినిమాలో యువరాణిగా బాలీవుడ్‌లోకి అడుగుపెట్టింది. ఆ తర్వాత 2011లో వచ్చిన కామెడీ బ్లాక్‌బస్టర్ సినిమా రెడీలో అత్యంత ప్రజాదరణ పొందిన ఐటెమ్ సాంగ్ క్యారెక్టర్ ధీలాలో నటించింది. 2012 రొమాంటిక్ కామెడీ హౌస్‌ఫుల్ 2లో గ్లామరస్ మోడల్ పాత్రతో గుర్తింపు పొందింది. 2013లో నాన్ రాజవగా పొగిరెన్‌ సినిమాలో ఐటెమ్ సాంగ్ మాల్గోవ్‌తో తమిళ సినిమారంగంలోకి ప్రవేశించింది. 2014లో జాట్ జేమ్స్ బాండ్‌ సినిమాలో ప్రముఖ పాత్రలో నటించి, బాలీవుడ్‌కి తిరిగి వచ్చింది. 2015 ఎరోటిక్ థ్రిల్లర్ హేట్ స్టోరీ 3 సినిమాలో నటించింది.[10] 2019లో యాక్షన్ థ్రిల్లర్ చాణక్య సినిమాతో తెలుగు సినిమారంగంలోకి అడుగుపెట్టింది.[11]
