కొండాపూర్, తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర రాజధాని హైదరాబాదుకు పశ్చిమ భాగంలోని ఒక శివారు ప్రాంతం. ఈ ప్రాంతం రంగారెడ్డి జిల్లా శేరిలింగంపల్లి మండలం పరిధిలోకి వస్తుంది. హైదరాబాదు ఐటీ కారిడార్‌కి దగ్గరగా ఉన్నందున ఇది అనేక వాణిజ్య, నివాస కేంద్రంగా పరిణామం చెందింది.[2] హైదరాబాదు మహానగరపాలక సంస్థలోని 104వ వార్డు నంబరులో ఉంది.[3]

కొండాపూర్ అనేది రెండు తెలుగు పదాల కలయిక. కొండ మీద ఉన్న ప్రాంతం అని అర్థం.
ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థ
సైబరాబాదు ఇన్ఫర్మేషన్ టెక్నాలజీ జోన్‌లో ఈ కొండాపూర్ ప్రాంతం ఉంది. గత దశాబ్దకాంలగా ఈ ప్రాంతం వేగంగా ఆధునిక వ్యాపార కేంద్రంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందుతోంది. గూగుల్ సంస్థకు చెందిన హైదరాబాద్ విభాగం ఈ కొండాపూర్‌లోనే ఉంది.[4] గత రెండు దశాబ్దాలలో (1996 - 2010) ఈ ప్రాంతంలో రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ వ్యాపారం, వాణిజ్య జోన్ విస్తరణ అధికంగా ఉంది.
ఇక్కడ ప్రభుత్వ, ప్రైవేటు పాఠశాలలు, వైద్య సదుపాయాలు(కిమ్స్ ఆసుపత్రులు, అపోలో), రత్నదీప్, హెరిటేజ్ ఫ్రెష్ మొదలైన అనేక సూపర్‌మార్కెట్లు అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి.[5] ఇక్కడికి సమీపంలోని గచ్చిబౌలి స్పోర్ట్ అరేనాలో క్రీడా సౌకర్యాలు అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి. సమీపంలోని హైటెక్ సిటీ ప్రాంతంలో వివాహాలు, సెమినార్‌ల కోసం మంచి వేదికలు ఉన్నాయి.
రవాణా
తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర రోడ్డు రవాణా సంస్థ ఆధ్వర్యంలో ఇక్కడినుండి వివిధ ప్రాంతాలకు బస్సు సౌకర్యం (127కె - కొండాపూర్ నుండి కోఠివరకు, 10హెచ్ - కొండాపూర్ నుండి సికింద్రాబాద్ వరకు, 47కె - సికింద్రాబాద్ నుండి కొండాపూర్ వరకు, 222 - పటాన్ చెరు నుండి కొండాపూర్ మీదుగా కోటి వరకు) ఉంది. ఇక్కడికి సుమారు 30 కిలోమీటర్ల దూరంలో రాజీవ్ గాంధీ అంతర్జాతీయ విమానాశ్రయం ఉంది. ఔటర్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు ద్వారా బస్సు (ఎయిర్‌పోర్ట్ సర్వీస్), టాక్సీలు అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి. హఫీజ్‌పేట్ రైల్వే స్టేషను నుండి హైదరాబాద్ ఎంఎంటిఎస్ సేవలు, హైటెక్ సిటీ మెట్రో స్టేషను నుండి హైదరాబాద్ మెట్రో సేవలు అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి.
రెస్టారెంట్లు, స్ట్రీట్ ఫుడ్ అవుట్‌లెట్‌లు, అన్ని ప్రధాన బ్యాంకింగ్ సౌకర్యాలు అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి. టొయోటా,[6] మహీంద్రా, హ్యుందాయ్, హోండా, మారుతి సుజీకి వంటి ఆటోమొబైల్స్‌ ప్రధాన షోరూమ్‌లు ఈ ప్రాంతంలో ఉన్నాయి.
