Kovelakuntla, Koilkuntla Taluk, Kurnool District.
On a slab set up in the courtyard of the Rangasvamin temple.
Tirumala, 1571 A.D.
This is dated Saka 1493, Prajotpatti, Kartika su. 12, corresponding to 1571 A.D., October 29, (Monday).
It registers the grant of the village China-Koperla in Kogilakuntla in Renadu, to the god Pandaranga-Vithalesvara at Kogilakuntla by Mahamandalesvara Nandyala Narasingarajudeva Maharaju, son of Timmayadeva Maharaju and grandson of Narasingarajadeva-Maharaju of Atreya-gotra, Apastamba-sutra and Yajus-sakha and born in the lunar race. The donor is said to have obtained Kogilakuntla as nayankara from the king who was ruling from Penugonda.

This is dated Saka 1495, Srimukha, Kartika su. 10 corresponding to 1573 A.D., November 4, (Wednesday).
The lower part of the record is badly worn out. It records a grant made by Mahamandalesvara Narasingarajudeva-Maharaju, son of Timmayadeva Maharaju and grandson of Nandyala Narasingarajudeva-Maharaju to god Pandaranga Vithalesvara at Kogilakuntla in Kogilakuntla-sima which was held by the donor as nayankara from Srirangadeva Maharaya.
