పీపుల్స్ రిసర్జెన్స్ అండ్ జస్టిస్ అలయన్స్ అనేది మణిపూర్ రాష్ట్రంలో రాజకీయ పార్టీ. కో-కన్వీనర్‌గా ఇరోమ్ షర్మిల 2016లో పార్టీని స్థాపించారు. కన్వీనర్ ఎరెండ్రో లీచోంబమ్ హార్వర్డ్ విశ్వవిద్యాలయం నుండి పబ్లిక్ అడ్మినిస్ట్రేషన్‌లో మాస్టర్స్ కలిగి ఉన్నారు, యుఎన్డిపీకి మాజీ సలహాదారుగా ఉన్నారు.
16 ఏళ్లపాటు నిరాహార దీక్ష చేసిన ఇరోమ్ షర్మిల 2016, ఆగస్టు 9న నిరాహార దీక్ష ముగించిన తర్వాత పార్టీని ప్రారంభించారు. మణిపూర్ రాష్ట్రంలో సాయుధ దళాల (ప్రత్యేక అధికారాలు) చట్టాన్ని అంతం చేయడమే ఈ పార్టీ ప్రధాన లక్ష్యం.[1][2][3][4] మణిపూర్ రాష్ట్రానికి స్వచ్ఛమైన రాజకీయాలను తీసుకురావడం.
2017లో పార్టీ ఖురాయ్, ఖంగాబోక్ అనే రెండు అసెంబ్లీ నియోజకవర్గాల్లో పోటీ చేసింది. ఖంగాబోక్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఓక్రమ్ ఇబోబి సింగ్ సొంత నియోజకవర్గం.[1][2] 2017 మణిపూర్ శాసనసభ ఎన్నికలలో, తౌబల్‌లో విజేత ఇబోబి సింగ్‌కు 18,649 ఓట్లు, షర్మిలకు 90 ఓట్లు వచ్చాయి,[5] ఐదుగురు అభ్యర్థులలో అతి తక్కువ ఓట్లు వచ్చాయి.[6]
