Suitability of this matter in first Paragraph

In my opinion, this information should not be in the first paragraph of this essay. This is sensitive, and, from Indian point of view, one sided matter. Considering the likely readership profile of Telugu Wikepedia, I think this information should be moved to another place in the same essay (like "other issues" heading).
