పంజాబ్ లెజిస్లేటివ్ కౌన్సిల్ (అబాలిషన్ యాక్ట్, 1969 భారతదేశంలో 1969లో ఆమోదించబడిన ఒక చట్టం.ఈ చట్టం ద్వారా పంజాబ్ శాసన మండలి రద్దు అయింది.పంజాబ్ శాసన మండలి రద్దు ఫలితంగా అనుబంధ, యాదృచ్ఛిక, పర్యవసాన విషయాలను కూడా ఈ చట్టంలో వివరించబడ్డాయి. [1] ఈ చట్టం 1970 జనవరి 1నుండి అమల్లోకి వచ్చింది.[2] ఈ చట్టం ద్వారా, పంజాబ్ శాసనసభ ఏకసభకు మారింది.భారత రాజ్యాంగం ఆర్టికల్ 168 నుండి 'పంజాబ్' అనేపదాన్నితొలగించింది (అనగా రాజ్యాంగంలోని ఆర్టికల్లోరెండుసభలశాసనసభలతోకూడిన రాష్ట్రాలు అనేదానిలో మార్పులు చేసింది).[3][4]
