Usage

• |next=, |previous1= and |previous2= may be left blank or omitted, in which case it is displayed as Terminus.
• |route3= is mandatory.
• This template allows the use of three route descriptions, |route1=, |route2= and |route3=. If the upper two routes should have the same description, |route= may be used instead. In circumstances where the lower two routes (or all three routes) should have the same description, use {{rail line two to one}}.
  • If |route= is used in addition to either of |route1= and |route2=, there may be unexpected results: to aid in locating these errors, the page is placed in hidden Category:Incompatible parameters in rail line template.
• This template allows the use of three route colours, |col1=, |col2= and |col3=. If all routes should be the same colour, |col= may be used instead.
  • If |col= is used in addition to any of |col1=, |col2= and |col3=, there may be unexpected results: to aid in locating these errors, the page is placed in hidden Category:Incompatible parameters in rail line template.
