This template is for closing Sfd discussions. It takes the result of the debate as an argument. The standard practice as of this writing is to put the result of the debate as the only parameter of the template, with the reasoning behind the decision and your signature after the template.
Add {{Sfd top}} underneath the section header, above the discussion, and {{Sfd bottom}} underneath the discussion.
