వజప్పల్లి మహా శివ ఆలయం (మలయాళం: వజప్పల్లి మహాశివ ఆలయం) భారతదేశంలోని కేరళలోని కొట్టాయం జిల్లాలోని చంగనాస్సేరీ సమీపంలో వజప్పల్లి వద్ద ఉన్న ఒక హిందూ దేవాలయం. ఈ ఆలయాన్ని ట్రావెన్కోర్ దేవస్వం బోర్డు నిర్వహిస్తుంది.[1] ఈ ఆలయం నిర్మించినది కొడంగల్లూరులోని మొదటి చేరా రాజు అని నమ్ముతారు. భగవంతుడు మహాదేవుని (శివ) విగ్రహాన్ని పరాశురాముడు స్వయంగా ప్రతిష్ఠించినట్టు ఇతిహాసాలు సూచిస్తున్నాయి.[2] పరశురాముడు స్థాపించిన 108 శివాలయాలలో ఈ ఆలయం ఒకటి.[3] కేరళలోని రెండు నలంబాలాలు, రెండు ధ్వజస్తంభాలు అంకితం చేయబడిన అతి కొన్ని దేవాలయాలలో ఇది ఒకటి.[4] గ్రామ క్షేత్రమైన ఈ ఆలయంలో ఇతిహాసాల్లో బొమ్మలను వర్ణించే పదిహేడవ శతాబ్దపు చెక్క శిల్పాలు (దారు శిల్పాలు) ఉన్నాయి. కొల్లం శకం 840 (సా.శ. 1665) లో మరమ్మతులు పూర్తయ్యాయని సాంస్కృతిక పుణ్యక్షేత్రం యొక్క ఉత్తర భాగంలో ఒక వట్టెళుట్టు శాసనం.
