వరదముద్ర

వరం ఇస్తున్నట్టుగా చేతిని పెట్టడాన్ని వరదముద్ర అంటారు. వరదముద్రకు అనే ముద్ర వరాలను ఇవ్వడాన్ని చూపిస్తోంది. For varadamudra, right hand is used. It is held out, with palm uppermost and the fingers pointing downwards. Varadamudra and abhayamudra are the most common of several other mudras seen on images and icons relating to Indian religions.
