Why Telugu font size is too small

I am able to see Telugu fonts but the size is too small to read. It is almost impossible to figure out the letters. What should I do to correct this. I noticed this in IE and Firefox. (Well, please do not suggest to increase the font size in browser)

I realise that telugu font is smaller when compared to other Indian language fonts on wikipedia. I dont know how to adjust this. While I figure it out, I am sorry to say that you might have work by increasing font size in browser. If you have figured it out how to fix this, let me know.
