బిభూతిపూర్ శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గం బీహార్ రాష్ట్రంలోని నియోజకవర్గాలలో ఒకటి. ఈ నియోజకవర్గం సమస్తిపూర్ జిల్లా, ఉజియార్‌పూర్ లోక్‌సభ నియోజకవర్గం పరిధిలోని ఆరు శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గాల్లో ఒకటి.
ఈ అసెంబ్లీ నియోజకవర్గం పరిధిలో బిభూతిపూర్ కమ్యూనిటీ డెవలప్‌మెంట్ బ్లాక్, దల్‌సింగ్‌సరాయ్ కమ్యూనిటీ డెవలప్‌మెంట్ బ్లాక్‌లోని బులాకిపూర్, కమ్రాన్, మల్పూర్ పుర్వారిపట్టి, రాంపూర్ జలాల్‌పూర్, నర్హన్ ఎస్టేట్, బంబయ్య హర్‌లాల్, అజ్నాల్ గ్రామ పంచాయతీలు ఉన్నాయి.[1]
