శీతల్ ఠాకూర్ మాస్సే భారతీయ నటి, ఆమె ప్రధానంగా హిందీ సినిమాలు, స్ట్రీమింగ్ టెలివిజన్ షోలలో పనిచేస్తుంది. ఆమె 2016లో పంజాబీ చిత్రం బంబుకట్‌తో తొలిసారిగా నటించింది, దాని కోసం ఆమె ఫిల్మ్‌ఫేర్ అవార్డుల పంజాబీ ఉత్తమ సహాయ నటి నామినేషన్‌ను అందుకుంది. ఆమె 2018లో బ్రిజ్ మోహన్ అమర్ రహేతో హిందీ చలనచిత్ర రంగ ప్రవేశం చేసింది.[2] చప్పడ్ ఫాడ్ కే, శుక్రాను, బ్రోకెన్ బట్ బ్యూటిఫుల్ అనే వెబ్ సిరీస్‌లలో ఆమె పాత్రకు ప్రసిద్ధి చెందింది.[3]

ఆమె 1991 నవంబరు 13న హిమాచల్ ప్రదేశ్‌లోని ధర్మశాలలో జన్మించింది. ఢిల్లీ యూనివర్సిటీ నుంచి గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్ పూర్తి చేసింది. ఆమె కాలేజీ రోజుల్లో ఫెమినా మిస్ హిమాచల్ ప్రదేశ్‌లో పాల్గొని 'మిస్ బ్యూటిఫుల్ స్మైల్' టైటిల్‌ను గెలుచుకుంది.[4]

ఆమె విక్రాంత్ మాస్సేతో కలసి బ్రోకెన్ బట్ బ్యూటిఫుల్ చిత్రంలో నటించింది. వారు 2022 ఫిబ్రవరి 14న వివాహం చేసుకున్నారు.[5][6][7] వారికీ ఒక కుమారుడు వర్దాన్ ఉన్నాడు.[8]

శీతల్ ఠాకూర్ 2016లో పంజాబీ చిత్రం బంబుకట్‌తో తన నటనా రంగ ప్రవేశం చేసింది, దాని కోసం ఆమె ఫిల్మ్‌ఫేర్ అవార్డ్స్ పంజాబీ ఉత్తమ సహాయ నటి ప్రతిపాదనను అందుకుంది.[9] 2017లో, ఆమె వినయ్ పాఠక్‌తో కలిసి డార్క్ బ్రూ అనే షార్ట్ ఫిల్మ్‌ చేసింది.
నెట్‌ఫ్లిక్స్‌లో వచ్చిన బ్రిజ్ మోహన్ అమర్ రహేతో ఆమె 2018లో హిందీ చలనచిత్ర రంగ ప్రవేశం చేసింది.[10] ఇందులో ఆమె అర్జున్ మాథుర్తో జోడి కట్టింది. అదే సంవత్సరం ఆమె వియు బ్యాన్డ్‌తో వెబ్‌లోకి ప్రవేశించింది. ఆల్ట్ బాలాజీ బ్రోకెన్ బట్ బ్యూటిఫుల్ సీజన్ 1లో విక్రాంత్ మాస్సే సరసన చేసింది.[11]
2019లో ఆమె హిందీ చిత్రాలలో కొనసాగింది, డిస్నీ+ హాట్‌స్టార్ ఒరిజినల్ చప్పడ్ ఫాడ్ కే[12], నెట్‌ఫ్లిక్స్ ఒరిజినల్ అప్‌స్టార్ట్స్[13] లలో ఆమె నటించింది. ఆ తర్వాత వూట్ ఫూ సే ఫాంటసీ ఒక ఎపిసోడ్‌లో ఆమె కనిపించింది.[14] ఆల్ట్ బాలాజీ బ్రోకెన్ బట్ బ్యూటిఫుల్ సీజన్ 2లో తన పాత్రను తిరిగి పోషించింది.[15]
ఆమె తర్వాత 2020 జీ5 చిత్రం శుక్రనులో దివ్యేందు సరసన[16], 2021 చిత్రం దిల్ఫైర్‌లో కరణ్ కుంద్రా సరసన నటించింది.[17]
