ఆత్మిక (జననం 1995 ఫిబ్రవరి 9) తమిళ సినిమా రంగానికి చెందిన భారతీయ నటి, మోడల్. మీసాయ మురుక్కు (2017)తో అరంగేట్రం చేసిన ఆమె తన తొలి చిత్రంతోనే ప్రసిద్ధి చెందింది.

ఆమె తన తమిళ సినిమాలు తెలుగులో విజయ్ రాఘవన్ (2022), నరకాసురుడు (2023)[1] చిత్రాలుగా విడుదలవడంతో టాలీవుడ్ లోనూ మంచి గుర్తింపుపొందింది.

బాల్యం, విద్యాభ్యాసం[మార్చు]

ఆత్మిక కోయంబత్తూరులో జన్మించింది. చెన్నైలోని ఎం.ఒ.పి. వైష్ణవ్ కాలేజ్ ఫర్ ఉమెన్ నుండి గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్ పూర్తి చేసింది.[2]

కెరీర్[మార్చు]

రాజీవ్ మీనన్ దర్శకత్వం వహించిన షార్ట్ ఫిల్మ్‌లో నటించడం ద్వారా ఆత్మిక తన నటనా జీవితాన్ని ప్రారంభించింది. కాలేజీ రోజుల్లో నటన పట్ల ఆసక్తితో ఆమె కొన్ని షార్ట్ ఫిల్మ్‌లలో నటించింది. అప్పుడే కొన్ని మోడలింగ్ అసైన్‌మెంట్‌లు కూడా చేసింది. ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో ఆమె ప్రొఫైల్‌ను చూసిన హిప్‌హాప్ తమిజాకి చెందిన ఆది ఆమెకు మీసాయ మురుక్కులో మహిళా ప్రధాన పాత్రకు ఎంపికచేసాడు.[3][4] ఆ సినిమాలో ఆత్మిక నటనకు మంచి రెస్పాన్స్ వచ్చింది.[5][6][7][8] ఆమె 2017లో కార్తీక్ నరేన్ దర్శకత్వం వహించిన తన రెండవ చిత్రం నరగాసూరన్‌కు సంతకం చేసింది. అదే సంవత్సరంలో ఆమె OPPO చెన్నై టైమ్స్ ఫ్రెష్ ఫేస్ 2017లో న్యాయనిర్ణేతగా పనిచేసింది.[9]

2018లో మూడు మహిళా ప్రధాన పాత్రలలో కట్టేరిలో ఓవియా స్థానంలో ఆత్మిక నటించింది.[10] ఫిబ్రవరి 2019లో ఉదయనిధి స్టాలిన్‌తో కన్నై నంబాతే,[11].సెప్టెంబర్ 2020లో ఆనంద్ కృష్ణన్ దర్శకత్వం వహించిన కోడియిల్ ఒరువన్[12] చిత్రాలలో ఆమె నటించింది.[13][14]
