ఎ. చక్రపాణి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ శాసనమండలి ఛైర్మన్గా పనిచేసిన భారత జాతీయ కాంగ్రెస్ చెందిన భారతీయ రాజకీయ నాయకుడు.[1] [2][3]
