1964 ఏ.ఎఫ్.సి. ఆసియా కప్‌లో రన్నరప్‌గా నిలిచిన భారత జట్టులో సభ్యుడిగా ఉన్నాడు.[2][3] 1964 ఆసియా కప్‌లో దక్షిణ కొరియాపై 2-0 తేడాతో ఒక గోల్ చేశాడు. 1964 సమ్మర్ ఒలింపిక్స్ ఫుట్‌బాల్ టోర్నమెంట్ క్వాలిఫికేషన్‌లో శ్రీలంకపై 5-3 తేడాతో హ్యాట్రిక్ సాధించాడు.[4][5][6][7]
