గ్రామ సచివాలయం
గ్రామ సచివాలయం (విలేజ్ సెక్రటేరియట్‌లు అని కూడా పిలుస్తారు) అనేది అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ శాఖల సేవలు, సంక్షేమ సేవలను ఒకే చోట అందుబాటులో ఉంచడం ద్వారా పరిపాలనను వికేంద్రీకరించడానికి భారతదేశంలోని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలో ఏర్పాటు చేయబడిన స్థానిక ప్రభుత్వం కల్పించిన సౌకర్యం. [1] భారతదేశంలో ఇటువంటి కార్యక్రమాన్ని ప్రారంభించిన మొదటి రాష్ట్రం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్. [2] సేవలను అందించడానికి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం గ్రామ వాలంటీర్లను నియమించింది. [3] గ్రామాలు స్వయం సమృద్ధి, స్వయంప్రతిపత్తి గల సంస్థలుగా మారడాన్ని ప్రోత్సహించే మహాత్మా గాంధీ గ్రామ స్వరాజ్య భావన నుండి ఈ పథకం ప్రేరణ పొందింది కనుక ఇది గాంధీ జయంతి [4] నాడు ప్రారంభించబడింది. [5]
చరిత్ర[మార్చు]
ప్రజా సంకల్ప యాత్రలో వైఎస్‌ జగన్‌మోహన్‌రెడ్డి చేసిన హామీల్లో గ్రామ సచివాలయాల ఏర్పాటు ఒకటి. [6] ఈ కార్యక్రమం మొదట 2019 అక్టోబరు 2 గాంధీ జయంతి సందర్భంగా ప్రారంభించబడింది. 2019 జూలైలో ఉద్యోగాల కోసం రిక్రూట్‌మెంట్ ప్రారంభించిన తర్వాత ఈ సచివాలయాల ఏర్పాటు ప్రారంభించబడింది. [7] వ్రాత పరీక్ష 2019 సెప్టెంబరు 1 నుండి 8 సెప్టెంబర్ 2019 మధ్య నిర్వహించబడింది, [8] 2019 సెప్టెంబరు 19 న ప్రకటించబడింది, ఇక్కడ మొత్తం 1,98,164 మంది అభ్యర్థులు అర్హత సాధించారు. [9] ప్రతి వాలంటీర్ 50 కుటుంబాలకు పైగా చూస్తున్నారు. [10]
అక్టోబర్ 2021 నాటికి, 15,004 గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయాలు 2,54,832 వాలంటీర్లతో [11] సేవలను ప్రారంభించించి. దాదాపు 3.2 కోట్ల మందికి సేవ చేయడానికి [12] పెన్షన్‌లు, నెలవారీ ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలతో సహా స్థాపించబడ్డాయి. [13]
2022లో, తమిళనాడులో పరిపాలనా కార్యాలయాలు, కాన్ఫరెన్స్ హాల్, ఇతర సౌకర్యాలను అందించడానికి రాష్ట్రంలో ఇటువంటి 600 సౌకర్యాలను నిర్మించడం ద్వారా గ్రామ సచివాలయ నమూనాను అనుకరించాలని తన ఉద్దేశాన్ని ప్రకటించింది. [14]
