బఠానీ లేదా బఠానీలు (శాస్త్రీయనామం: పీసం సెటైవమ్) ఒక రకమైన గింజ ధాన్యాలు. వీటిని పచ్చిగానూ, ఎండబెట్టి కూడా వాడుతారు. పచ్చి బఠానీలను కూరల వినియోగంలోనూ, ఎండు బఠానీలను చిరుతిండి గానూ ఉపయోగిస్తారు.^[1]
