Usage

Use this Rcat template in any namespace.

• This redirect category (Rcat) template populates Category:Redirects with old history and, when the redirect is in the Main namespace, Category:Unprintworthy redirects is also populated by default. At some point in the future, Jimmy Wales wants to make a printed version of the full Wikipedia encyclopedia, and old CamelCase titles are not suitable for a printed version. In other words such redirects are unprintworthy.
• Add this Rcat to a redirect in the following manner:

#REDIRECT [[(Target page name)]] {{R from CamelCase}}

This is in accord with instructions found at Wikipedia:REDCAT.

• Template {{This is a redirect}} may also be used to add this and other appropriate Rcats to a redirect.
• Use this Rcat on any redirect from a CamelCase title. In the initial versions of Wikipedia, all links had to be CamelCase. They are kept to maintain edit history and to avoid breaking links that have been made to the redirect, both internally and externally.
