కింజల్ దవే (జననం 24 నవంబర్ 1999) గుజరాతీ సంగీత పరిశ్రమలో తన కృషికి ప్రసిద్ధి చెందిన భారతీయ గాయని. చిన్నవయసులోనే పాడటం మొదలుపెట్టిన కింజల్ 2017లో 'చార్ బంగ్డీ వాలి గాడి' అనే హిట్ పాటతో ఫేమస్ అయ్యారు. అప్పటి నుండి, ఆమె అనేక ప్రజాదరణ పొందిన పాటలను విడుదల చేసింది, భారతదేశం, విదేశాలలో వివిధ కార్యక్రమాలలో ప్రదర్శనలు ఇచ్చింది. దవే 1998 నవంబరు 24 [3]న గుజరాత్‌లోని పటాన్ సమీపంలోని జెసంగ్ పారా అనే గ్రామంలో అద్వైత బ్రాహ్మణ కుటుంబంలో జన్మించింది.

ఆమె తన గుజరాతీ పాట "జొనాడియో" తో సంగీత పరిశ్రమలో అడుగుపెట్టింది. 2016 లో విడుదలైన "ఛార్ ఛార్ బంగాడివాలీ గాడి" అనే చార్ట్ బస్టర్ పాటతో దవే ప్రాముఖ్యతను సంతరించుకుంది. కాపీరైట్ ఉల్లంఘన కింద ఆమె, ఆమె ప్రచురణకర్త ఆర్డీసీ మీడియా, స్టూడియో సరస్వతి స్టూడియోపై రెడ్ రిబ్బన్ ఎంటర్టైన్మెంట్, ఆస్ట్రేలియాకు చెందిన గుజరాతీ గాయకుడు కార్తీక్ పటేల్ (కతియావాడి కింగ్ అని కూడా పిలుస్తారు) కేసు పెట్టారు. చిన్న చిన్న మార్పులతో ఈ పాట తన ఒరిజినల్ పాటకు కాపీ అని పటేల్ పేర్కొన్నారు. డేవ్ పాట విడుదలకు మూడు నెలల [4] [5] ముందు ఆయన పాటను యూట్యూబ్ లో అప్ లోడ్ చేశారు. ఇది 2014లో మనుభాయ్ రబారీ రాసిన ఒరిజినల్ పాట అని దవే పేర్కొన్నారు. 2019 జనవరిలో అహ్మదాబాద్ కమర్షియల్ కోర్టు కేసు పరిష్కారమయ్యే వరకు దవే ఈ పాటను ఉపయోగించరాదని ఆదేశించింది. నెల రోజుల తర్వాత గుజరాత్ హైకోర్టు ఈ నిషేధాన్ని తొలగించింది. 2019 ఏప్రిల్లో అహ్మదాబాద్ కమర్షియల్ కోర్టు ఈ కేసును కొట్టివేసింది. తాజాగా కాపీరైట్ ఉల్లంఘన నోటీసును అహ్మదాబాద్ సివిల్ కోర్టు 2019 సెప్టెంబరులో జారీ చేసింది. దవే ప్రచురణకర్త ఆర్ డిసి మీడియా, సరస్వతి స్టూడియో కాపీరైట్ ఉల్లంఘనను అంగీకరించి, తమ ప్లాట్ ఫామ్ ల నుండి పాటను తొలగించడానికి అంగీకరించాయి, దవే ఈ కేసును ఒంటరిగా సమర్థించుకున్నారు.
