గురుదీప్ సింగ్ భారతదేశంలోని గ్వాలియర్ చెందిన ప్రొఫెసర్. అతను కర్ణాటక రాష్ట్ర హసన్ పట్టణం లోని ఎస్.డి.ఎం. కాలేజ్ ఆఫ్ ఆయుర్వేద అండ్ హాస్పిటల్ లో ఆయుర్వేద సీనియర్ ప్రొఫెసర్, పోస్ట్ గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ స్టడీస్ డైరెక్టర్.[1][2] అతను ఆయుర్వేద రచన చరకా సంహితా కు అధికారంగా పరిగణించబడ్డాడు.[3] గుజరాత్ లోని జామ్ నగర్ లోని గుజరాత్ ఆయుర్వేద విశ్వవిద్యాలయం ఇన్స్టిట్యూట్ ఫర్ పోస్ట్ గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ టీచింగ్ అండ్ రీసెర్చ్ ఇన్ ఆయుర్వేదకు డీన్ గా పనిచేశారు.
అతను వైద్య రంగంలో చేసిన కృషికి గాను 2020లో గుజరాత్ రాష్ట్రం కింద భారతదేశంలోని నాల్గవ అత్యున్నత పౌర పురస్కారం పద్మశ్రీ లభించింది. ఆయన 2021 నవంబర్ 8న పద్మశ్రీని అందుకున్నారు. [2][4][5]
