టైఫేసి (Typhaceae) పుష్పించే మొక్కలలో ఒక కుటుంబం.
The APG II system, (1998, 2003) ప్రకారం ఈ కుటుంబాన్ని ఏకదళబీజాలు తరగతిలో పోయేలిస్ క్రమంలో వర్గీకరించారు, ఈ కుటుంబంలో ఒకే ప్రజాతి టైఫా (Typha) ఉండేది. ఆ తర్వాత స్పార్గానియం (Sparganium) ప్రజాతిని దీనీలో చేర్చారు.
క్రాన్ క్విస్ట్ విధానము (Cronquist system) కూడా దీనిని గుర్తించింది.
