డా. థోక్చోమ్ మీన్య (జననం 12 అక్టోబర్ 1945) భారతదేశానికి చెందిన రాజకీయ నాయకుడు. ఆయన ఇన్నర్ మణిపూర్ నియోజకవర్గం నుండి మూడుసార్లు లోక్సభ సభ్యుడిగా ఎన్నికయ్యాడు.[1][2][3]
