నీనా ప్రసాద్, కేరళకు చెందిన నృత్య కళాకారిణి, నాట్య గురువు.[1] మోహినియాట్టంలో ప్రావీణ్యం సంపాదించింది. [2] తిరువనంతపురంలో భర్తంజలి అకాడమీ ఆఫ్ ఇండియన్ డ్యాన్సెస్, చెన్నై సౌగండిక సెంటర్ ఫర్ మోహిన్యాట్టం సంస్థలను స్థాపించింది.[3][4][5]

నీనా ప్రసాద్ కేరళలోని త్రివేండ్రంలో జన్మించింది. భరతనాట్యం, కూచిపూడి, మోహినియాట్టం,కథాకళిలో ప్రావీణ్యం సాధించింది. ఆంగ్ల సాహిత్యంలో ఎంఏ చేసిన తరువాత, కలకత్తాలోని రవీంద్రభారతి విశ్వవిద్యాలయం నుండి "దక్షిణ భారతదేశ శాస్త్రీయ నృత్యాలలో లాస్య, తాండవ భావనలు-ఎ డిటైల్డ్ స్టడీ" అనే అంశంపై పిహెచ్‌డి పట్టా పొందింది. రీసెర్చ్ సెంటర్ ఫర్ క్రాస్ కల్చరల్ మ్యూజిక్ అండ్ డ్యాన్స్ పెర్ఫార్మెన్స్, యూనివర్శిటీ ఆఫ్ సర్రే నుండి పోస్ట్ డాక్టరల్ రీసెర్చ్ ఫెలోషిప్ కూడా లభించింది.[6]
