మీరా నందా (జననం 1954) భారతీయ రచయిత్రి, చరిత్రకారులు, విజ్ఞాన శాస్త్ర తత్వవేత్త. ఈమె "రెన్సెలర్ పాలిటెక్నిక్ ఇనిస్టిట్యూట్" నుండి పి.హె.డి పొందారు.[1] ఆమె మతము, విజ్ఞానశాస్త్రంలో జాన్ టెమ్‌ప్లెటన్ ఫౌండేషన్ కు ఫెలోగా (2005-2007) ఉన్నారు.[2][3] జనవరి 2009 లో ఆమె జవహర్‌లాల్ నెహ్రూ విశ్వవిద్యాలయం లోని జవహర్లాల్ నెహ్రూ ఇనిస్టిట్యూట్ ఫర్ అడ్వాన్స్‌డ్ స్టడీకు "విజ్ఞా శాస్త్ర పరిశోధన", సంస్కృతి అంశాలకు ఫెలోగా యున్నారు.[4] ప్రస్తుతం ఆమె మొహలీ లోని ఇండియన్ ఇనిస్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ సైన్స్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ అండ్ రీసెర్చ్ కు ఫాకల్టీగా యున్నారు.

ఆమె అనేక రచనలు చేసింది. ముఖ్యమైనది "ప్రవక్తలు ఎదుర్కొనే వెనుకబాటుదనం: సైన్స్ ఆధునికోత్తర విమర్శలు, భారతదేశం లో హిందూ మతం జాతీయవాదం(2004) [5], 2009 లో వెలువడిన పుస్తకం "ద గాడ్ మార్కెట్". ఈ పుస్తకంలో భారత ప్రభుత్వం హిందూ మతంలో ఎదుర్కొంటున్న ఆటుపోట్ల యొక్క అనుభవాలను,భారతదేశం లౌకిక రాజ్యమైనప్పటికీ హిందూమతం పై చేసిన పెట్టుబడుల గూర్చి వివరించడం జరిగింది. ఈ పుస్తకం ఔట్ లుక్ మ్యాగజైన్ లో "విలియం డాల్‌రైంపిల్" ద్వారా సమీక్షింపబడింది.[6][7]

హిందూ అమెరికన్ ఫౌండేషన్ కు చెందిన స్వామినాథన్ వెంకటరామన్ కు వ్యతిరేకంగా యోగాకు హిందూమతానికి సంబంధం లేదని నందా చేసిన వివాదంతో ఆమె అనేక విమర్శలకు లోనయింది."[8]
