రాధికా ఘాయ్ ఇంటర్నెట్ వ్యవస్థాపకురాలు, యునికార్న్ క్లబ్‌లో ప్రవేశించిన భారతదేశపు మొదటి మహిళ. [1] 2011లో సిలికాన్ వ్యాలీలో స్థాపించబడిన ఆన్‌లైన్ మార్కెట్‌ప్లేస్ షాప్‌క్లూస్‌కు సహ వ్యవస్థాపకురాలు. [2] ప్రస్తుతం అగర్వాల్ కంపెనీ చీఫ్ బిజినెస్ ఆఫీసర్‌గా పనిచేస్తుంది. [3]
వ్యక్తిగత జీవితం[మార్చు]
అగర్వాల్ ఆర్మీ కుటుంబంలో జన్మించింది. తండ్రి ఇండియన్ ఆర్మీలో ఉండగా, తల్లి డైటీషియన్. అగర్వాల్ తండ్రి 1992 లో తన స్వంత ఆరోగ్య క్లబ్ను ప్రారంభించాలని నిర్ణయించుకున్నప్పుడు ఆమె వ్యవస్థాపక వెంచర్ ప్రారంభమైంది, తరువాత 1997 లో చండీగఢ్లో తన స్వంత అడ్వర్టైజింగ్ ఏజెన్సీని స్థాపించింది. [4]

సెయింట్ లూయిస్ లోని వాషింగ్టన్ యూనివర్సిటీ నుంచి ఎంబీఏ, అడ్వర్టైజింగ్ అండ్ పబ్లిక్ రిలేషన్స్ లో పోస్ట్ గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్ పూర్తి చేసింది.[5] [6]అగర్వాల్ స్టాన్‌ఫోర్డ్ విశ్వవిద్యాలయంలో ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ ప్రోగ్రామ్‌లో కూడా పాల్కొన్నది. [5]

అగర్వాల్ సియాటెల్ లోని నార్డ్ స్ట్రోమ్ వంటి కంపెనీలకు మార్కెటింగ్, గోల్డ్ మన్ శాక్స్ లో స్ట్రాటజిక్ ప్లానింగ్ లో పనిచేసింది. [7] ఈ-కామర్స్, లైఫ్ స్టైల్, ఫ్యాషన్, రిటైల్ వంటి వివిధ రంగాల్లో అమెరికాలో అగర్వాల్ కు 14 ఏళ్ల అనుభవం ఉంది. [8]
