వైఎస్ఆర్ కంటి వెలుగు
వైయస్సార్ కంటి వెలుగు అనేది రాష్ట్రంలోని ఐదు కోట్ల మంది కంటి పరీక్షలను నిర్వహించడానికి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రారంభించిన పథకం.[1]
ప్రారంభం[మార్చు]
ప్రపంచ దృష్టి దినోత్సవం [2][3] సందర్భంగా 2019 అక్టోబరు10న ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైఎస్ జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి ఈ పథకాన్ని ప్రారంభించారు, మొదటి దశలో భాగంగా 70 లక్షల మంది పాఠశాల విద్యార్థులకు కంటి పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించారు.
వైఎస్ఆర్ కంటి వెలుగు రెండవ దశ 2019 నవంబరు 1 నుండి ప్రారంభమైంది, అవసరమైన వారికి కంటి ఆపరేషన్లు చేయబడతాయి.[4]
57 లక్షల మంది వృద్ధులకు లబ్ధి చేకూర్చే మూడో దశ కంటి వెలుగు పథకాన్ని వైఎస్ జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి 2020 ఫిబ్రవరి 18న ప్రారంభించారు.[5][6]

వైయస్సార్ కంటి వెలుగు పథకంలో భాగంగా మొదటి దశలో ఏదైనా సమస్య ఉంటే పరీక్షించి, గుర్తించి అవసరమైన శస్త్రచికిత్సలు నిర్వహిస్తారు.
ఈ పథకం సుమారు 560.88 కోట్ల బడ్జెట్‌తో మూడు సంవత్సరాల వ్యవధిలో ఆరు దశల్లో [7] రూపొందించబడింది.[8]
