సూడోఎఫిడ్రిన్ (Pseudoephedrine; /ˌsjuːd.[invalid input: 'ɨ']ˈfɛdrɪn/ or /ˌsjuːdˈɛf[invalid input: 'ɨ']drn/; PSE) ఒక రకమైన మందు. దీనిని ఎక్కువగా జలుబు చేసిన వారిలో ముక్కునుండి నీరుకారడం తగ్గించడానికి ఉపయోగిస్తారు.[2] కొంతమంది నిద్రరాకుండా కూడా మేలుకొని వుండడానికి కూడా వాడుతున్నారు.[3]

దీని ముఖ్యమైన లవణాలు సూడోఎఫిడ్రిన్ హైడ్రోక్లోరైడ్ (pseudoephedrine hydrochloride), సూడోఎఫిడ్రిన్ సల్ఫేట్ (pseudoephedrine sulfate) చాలా జలుబు మందులలో ఇతర ఏంటీహిస్టమిన్ మందులతోను, ఏస్పిరిన్, ఐబూప్రోఫెన్, పారాసిటమాల్ వంటి నొప్పి నివారణ మందులతో కలుపి అమ్మబడుతున్నాయి.
