బార్తోలిన్ గ్రంధులు (Bartholin's glands (also called Bartholin glands or greater vestibular glands) యోనికి రెండు వైపులా వెనుక భాగంలో ఉండే గ్రంధులు. వీటి నుండి స్రవించబడే స్రావాలు యోని మార్గాన్ని తేమగా ఉంచుతాయి.

ఈ గ్రంథులకు ఇన్ఫెక్షన్ కల్గినప్పుడు వాచి నొప్పిని కలిగిస్తాయి.[2] దీర్ఘకాలంగా వాచినప్పుడు గ్రంధికి సంబంధించిన నాళంలో అడ్డం ఏర్పడి బార్తోలిన్ తిత్తులు (Bartholin cyst) ఏర్పడతాయి. ఇది తీవ్రమైనదిగా ఉన్నప్పుడు చీముపుండు (Abscess) గా మారుతుంది. కాన్సర్ మరియు ఇతర రకాలైన కణితులు అరుదుగా వస్తాయి.[3]
