భారతీయ కిసాన్ కంగర్ పార్టీ అనేది 1996లో అజిత్ సింగ్ చే స్థాపించబడిన ఒక భారతీయ రాజకీయ పార్టీ.[1][2] 1996 లోక్‌సభ ఎన్నికలలో కాంగ్రెస్ టిక్కెట్ నుండి బాగ్‌పత్ లోక్‌సభ నియోజకవర్గం గెలిచిన కొన్ని నెలల వ్యవధిలోనే, మహేంద్ర సింగ్ టికైత్ సహాయంతో అజిత్ సింగ్ తన కొత్త పార్టీ భారతీయ కిసాన్ కంగర్ పార్టీని స్థాపించడానికి కాంగ్రెస్‌కు రాజీనామా చేశాడు.[3] ఇతను భారతీయ కిసాన్ కంగర్ పార్టీ టిక్కెట్‌పై బాగ్‌పట్ ఉప ఎన్నికలో పోటీ చేసి 231,440 ఓట్ల తేడాతో గెలుపొందాడు.[4] 1999లో, అతను రాష్ట్రీయ లోక్ దళ్ పేరుతో తన పార్టీని పునఃప్రారంభించాడు.[5]
