పుష్పాలు తరుచుగా పాక్షిక సౌష్టవయుతము, ఏకలింగకము.
చక్రము ఉబ్బి ఉంటుంది.
కేసరాలు నిశ్చితము.
ప్రతి గదిలో 1-2 అండాలుంటాయి. అండాలు విలోమలు లేదా లోలాకారము లేదా పీఠ అండాన్యాసంలో ఉంటాయి.
పిండము వంపు తిరిగి ఉంటుంది లేదా ముడతలు పడి ఉంటుంది.
పొదలు లేదా వృక్షాలు.
