ఉస్మాన్ ఇబ్న్ అఫ్ఫాన్ (అరబ్బీ: عثمان بن عفان) (c. 580 - జూలై 17 656) ఒక సహాబా. ఇస్లాం ను స్వీకరించిన మొదటి తరం వారిలో ఉన్నాడు. ఇస్లామీయ చరిత్ర లో తన పాత్రను ప్రముఖంగా పోషించినవారిలో ఒకడు. రాషిదూన్ ఖలీఫాలలో మూడవవాడు. ఖురాన్ ను గ్రంధరూపం ఇచ్చిన వాడు.
