కూటకము (malleus or hammer) మధ్య చెవిలోని ఒక చిన్న ఎముక. ఇది సుత్తి ఆకారంలో ఉంటుంది. లాటిన్ భాషలో "మాలియస్" అనగా సుత్తి అని అర్ధం. ఇది దాగలి ఎముకను కర్ణభేరి యొక్క లోపలి పొరను సంధిస్తుంది.
