ఇషితా అరుణ్ 2000 సంవత్సరంలో స్నేగితే చిత్రంలో గీతా దామోదర్ గా నటించింది.[4] 2003లో ఆమె కహాన్ హో తుమ్ చిత్రంలో మాన్సీగా నటించింది.[5] ఇది కాకుండా, ఆమె స్కూప్, రానా నాయిడు, గుడ్ బాడ్ గర్ల్ వంటి ప్రముఖ ప్రాజెక్టులలో నటించింది.[6][7]

ఆమె నాటక రంగంలో చేసిన కృషికి కూడా ప్రసిద్ధి చెందింది. ఆమె ది మర్చంట్స్ ఆఫ్ బాలీవుడ్, గుంజ్, ముంబై టాకీస్, మరీచిక వంటి పలు నాటకాలలో నటించింది.[8][9][10][11]
