నాగాలాండ్‌లో లోక్‌సభ స్థానాలకు 2014 ఏప్రిల్ 9న ఒకే దశలో 2014 భారత సార్వత్రిక ఎన్నికలు జరిగాయి.[1] 2014, ఫిబ్రవరి 10 నాటికి నాగాలాండ్ మొత్తం ఓటర్ల సంఖ్య 1,174,663 గా ఉంది.[2]
నాగాలాండ్‌లోని నాగాలాండ్ పీపుల్స్ ఫ్రంట్, ఇండియన్ నేషనల్ కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రధాన రాజకీయ పార్టీలుగా ఉన్నాయి.
ఈశాన్య భారతదేశంలోని తిరుగుబాటు మిలిటెంట్ గ్రూపుల నుండి బెదిరింపులు ఉన్నప్పటికీ, ప్రజలు ఓటింగ్ కోసం పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో హాజరయ్యారు.[3][4] నాగాలాండ్‌లో 87% కంటే ఎక్కువ ఓటింగ్ నమోదైంది, ఇది మొత్తం భారతదేశంలోనే అత్యధికం.[5]
