బ్రిజ్‌లాల్ నెహ్రూ
బ్రిజ్‌లాల్ నెహ్రూ (1884 మే 5 - 1964 మే 27) ప్రముఖ పౌర సేవకుడు, నెహ్రూ కుటుంబ సభ్యుడు.
మోతీలాల్ నెహ్రూ అన్నయ్య పండిట్ నందలాల్ నెహ్రూకు బ్రిజ్‌లాల్ నెహ్రూ కుమారుడు. నందలాల్ నెహ్రూ 11 సంవత్సరాలు ఖేత్రి రాష్ట్రానికి దివాన్ గా ఉన్నాడు.[1]
బ్రిజ్‌లాల్ 1884 మే 5న అలహాబాద్ లో జన్మించాడు, ఆయన ఆనంద్ భవన్ లో పెరిగాడు.[2] 1905లో మోతీలాల్ నెహ్రూ చేత భారత పౌర సేవ కోసం పోటీ చేయడానికి బ్రిజ్‌లాల్ ను ఆక్స్ఫర్డ్ పంపాడు.[3] ఆయన ఆడిట్ అండ్ అకౌంట్స్ సర్వీస్ లో సీనియర్ అధికారిగా పనిచేసాడు. పదవీ విరమణ తరువాత, మహారాజా హరి సింగ్ పాలనలో జమ్మూ కాశ్మీర్ సంస్థాన ఆర్థిక మంత్రిగా పనిచేసాడు.[1]
అతను ప్రముఖ సామాజిక మహిళా కార్యకర్త, స్వాతంత్ర సమరయోధురాలు అయిన రామేశ్వరి రైనాను వివాహం చేసుకున్నాడు. ఆమె 1955లో పద్మభూషణ్ గ్రహీత, 1961 లో లెనిన్ శాంతి బహుమతి కూడా అందుకుంది.[4][5]
వారి కుమారుడు బ్రజ్ కుమార్ నెహ్రూ (1909-2001), ఒక నిర్వాహకుడు, పద్మ విభూషణ్ గ్రహీత.[6]
బ్రిజ్‌లాల్ 1964 మే 27న మరణించాడు.[7]
