ఉత్తర మధ్య అండమాన్ జిల్లా, బంగాళాఖాతంలోని భారతదేశ కేంద్రపాలిత ప్రాంతమైన అండమాన్ నికోబార్ దీవులకు చెందిన మూడు జిల్లాలలో ఇది ఒకటి. దీని దీని జిల్లా ప్రధాన కార్యాలయం మాయాబందర్ పట్టణంలో ఉంది. ఈ జిల్లా పరిధి 3251.85 చ.కి.మీ

పూర్వపు అండమాన్ జిల్లాను విభజించడం ద్వారా ఈ జిల్లా ఆగష్టు 18, 2006 న సృష్టించబడింది.[1] ఇందులో పూర్వ జిల్లాలోని మాయాబందర్ ఉపవిభాగానికి చెందిన మూడు తాలూకాలు ఉన్నాయి.

2011 జనాభా లెక్కల ప్రకారం ఉత్తర మధ్య అండమాన్ జిల్లాలో 105,597 జనాభా ఉంది, [3] ఇది సమారుగా టోంగా దేశానికి సమానం.
