కరాచీ బేకరీ, తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర రాజధాని హైదరాబాదులో ఉన్న బేకరి. దీని ప్రధాన స్టోర్ మొజాంజాహి మార్కెట్ సమీపంలో ఉంది.[1] దీనిని శ్రీ ఖాన్ చంద్ రామ్నాని స్థాపించాడు. హైదరాబాదులోని పేరొందిన బేకరీలలో ఇదీ ఒకటి. [2] ఇందులో ఫ్రూట్ బిస్కెట్లు, దిల్ కుష్, ప్లం కేకులు మొదలైనవి లభిస్తాయి.[3] ప్రస్తుతం హైదరాబాదు, బెంగుళూరు, చెన్నై, ముంబై, ఢిల్లీ మొదలైన ఐదు నగరాలలో కరాచీ బేకరీ ఉంది. మధ్య ప్రాచ్యం, యుకె, యుఎస్ఏ లలో నివసిస్తున్న ప్రవాస భారతీయుల వారికోసం ఉత్పత్తులు ఎగుమతులు చేయబడుతున్నాయి.
చరిత్ర[మార్చు]
1947లో భారత విభజన జరిగినప్పుడు కరాచీ ప్రాంతం నుండి హైదరాబాదుకు వచ్చిన సింధీ వలసదారుడు ఖాన్ చంద్ రామ్నాని ఈ బేకరీని స్థాపించాడు.[4][5] 1953లో మొజాంజాహి మార్కెట్ లోని సీనా బేకరీ పక్కన హైదరాబాదులోని మొదటి కరాచీ బేకరీ ప్రారంభమయింది. హైదరాబాదు నగరంలోనే 23 శాఖలు ఉన్నాయి.[6]
