సెల్సెల్లా శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గం మేఘాలయ రాష్ట్రంలోని నియోజకవర్గాలలో ఒకటి. ఈ నియోజకవర్గం పశ్చిమ గారో హిల్స్ జిల్లా, తురా లోక్‌సభ నియోజకవర్గం పరిధిలోని శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గాల్లో ఒకటి.[2] సెల్సెల్లా నియోజకవర్గం షెడ్యూల్డ్ తెగలకు రిజర్వ్ చేయబడింది.
